What, the UN has yet another fiasco on its hands? Color me shocked. (/sarcasm) ... FTA - " The multibillion-dollar procurement business of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the U.N.'s flagship anti-poverty agency, is a gigantic shambles, according to UNDP's own investigators.
Moreover, UNDP's management has privately acknowledged that fact and is scrambling to fix the mess -- even as it loudly denied concerns of a procurement scandal that have been raised by FOX News, among others.

Ah, yes - the eeeeeeeevil US ... only the single biggest donor to the World Food Program. In fact, donating 5x more than #2 ... and check out the dismal numbers from OPEC nations! (As much as I despise the UN, uh - come on!)
